Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, or a valid order number.
When Returns Are Free
If you received the wrong item or the wrong color than what you ordered, we will cover the cost of the return. You will receive a prepaid return label from us.
If the product is defective, the return shipping will be covered by us. You will receive a prepaid return label from us.
When Returns Are Not Free
If you wish to return a product for any other reason (for example: change of mind), the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@belluxom.com. After contacting us, we will ask you to provide the reason for the return and, in some cases, images of the product and its original packaging to confirm eligibility.
Once we have confirmed your request within 1–2 business days, we will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

If you are responsible for the return shipping, please use a reliable service with tracking.
Once your returned product arrives at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 2–3 business days. If everything meets our return conditions, your refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Credit card refunds: 3–5 business days processing time.
Bank transfers within Europe: 1–2 business days processing time.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unclaimed Parcels & Failed Deliveries
If a customer fails to collect a parcel on time or does not respond to the delivery company’s notifications, and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, the following conditions apply:
The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the parcel.
This includes: the original shipping cost (even if initially offered for free), a handling fee, and an administration fee for processing the return and reshipment.
We strongly advise customers to monitor their tracking information and respond promptly to delivery notices to avoid unnecessary delays or additional costs.
